Activities and resources

Activities such as drama, puppetry, crafts, exercise, music, songs, rhymes, storytelling, dance and many others take place in the services to foster independence, self-confidence, courage and racial and regional pride in the young child. The resources available include educational equipment (in the service itself and from the CNNG Toy Centre), various manuals (Loinnir, Policies & Procedures, Boom, Seeds and Aistear), quality courses in childcare, in-service courses, training, group insurance scheme, support meetings and regular newsletter
