What does Comhar Naíonraí na Gaeltachta do?
Comhar Naíonraí na Gaeltachta is the nationally recognised Early Years’ Service Provider throughout the Gaeltacht of Ireland. CNNG provides over 130 early years services throughout the Gaeltacht with its head office in Carraroe County Galway and with regional offices in the Donegal, Mayo and Cork. CNNG provide administration, support and training services for early childhood education and care services which includes Naíonraí, crèches, breakfast clubs, afterschool services and parent and toddler groups in the Gaeltacht areas.

Comhar Naíonraí na Gaeltachta provides the infrastructure to provide early years services in Irish, in the Gaeltacht, and provides administrative, support and training services for the services, parents, committees and Gaeltacht communities.
OUR SERVICES
CNNG provides a wide range of services including playgroups, crèches, after school care, breakfast clubs and playgroups in all Gaeltacht regions.
Curriculum & Language
CNNG services use Irish exclusively, engaging children, parents, and staff. They implement programs like Lonnir, Síolta, Aistear, and Borradh for holistic child development, focusing on Irish language enrichment, acquisition, and promoting its natural usage, with an emphasis on local dialects.
Publications
Services offer activities like drama, crafts, and music to boost young children's independence and cultural pride, alongside diverse educational resources.
